Our best-selling water filling monoblock integrates rinsing, filling, and capping into a single compact unit for PET bottle water production. Built around a stainless steel rotary carousel with fully automated bottle handling, it supports bottle volumes from 200ml to 10L and is available in speeds from 2,000 BPH for small startups up to 36,000 BPH for large-scale mineral water factories. The filler uses a pressure gravity filling valve system ensuring accurate fill levels with ±1% filling accuracy.
Our counter-pressure isobaric filling system is engineered specifically for carbonated beverages — cola, sparkling water, energy drinks, and beer. The machine uses a pre-evacuation and CO₂ back-pressure filling principle to minimise gas loss during filling, maintaining consistent carbonation levels throughout the production run. Available for PET, glass, and aluminium can packaging with ±1% filling accuracy.

Yes. All Taike filling machines are CE certified and manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management. Equipment also holds BV (Bureau Veritas) and SGS inspection certification. All product-contact parts — filling heads, tanks, pipework — are made from SUS304 or SUS316L food-grade stainless steel, meeting EU and international food safety standards. Electrical systems use Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi components as standard.
