A complete turnkey line includes every machine from raw water treatment through to the finished packed pallet — with all conveyors, electrical interfaces and control logic pre-integrated. A single filling machine only handles the rinse-fill-cap step. Buying a full line from one supplier eliminates integration risk, simplifies spare parts sourcing, and gives you a single warranty point.
Standard lines (1,000–10,000 BPH) typically take 60–90 days from order confirmation to factory acceptance test, plus 20–35 days sea freight. High-capacity lines (above 20,000 BPH) require 90–120 days manufacturing. Installation and commissioning on-site normally takes 7–15 days depending on the line complexity.
Yes, within certain product categories. A cold-fill machine can switch between still water and non-carbonated beverages (mineral water, sports drinks, dilute juice) by cleaning the product circuit between runs. Hot-fill products require a dedicated RCGF series machine with heat-resistant components. We will recommend the right configuration based on your product mix during the quotation process.
We provide a 12-month warranty on all machines. During warranty, parts are replaced at no charge. After warranty, we maintain a spare parts inventory for all current models. Remote diagnostics are available via video call with our engineers. For complex faults, on-site service engineers can be dispatched to most countries within 72 hours.
Start with your target daily output in litres, then divide by your planned production hours (typically 16–20 h/day at 85–90% OEE).
