Compact monoblock integrating bottle rinsing, gravity filling, and capping for PET still water production. Siemens PLC controlled, SUS304/316L wetted parts, CE certified — custom-configured to your output and bottle format.
Fully integrated CGF-series monoblock for PET bottled water — rinsing, gravity filling, and capping in one compact drive train. Scales from 3,000 to 36,000 BPH with SUS304/316L stainless steel wetted parts, Siemens PLC control, and CE certification.
The Taike CGF series is a fully integrated rotary monoblock that combines three key operations — bottle rinsing, precision gravity filling, and torque-controlled capping — into a single compact footprint. Designed for continuous 24/7 bottled water production, it eliminates the transfer conveyors and handshake timing issues associated with standalone machines, reducing footprint by up to 40%.
Available in seven standard configurations from CGF 12-12-4 to CGF 60-60-18, the series scales from startup-level 3,000 BPH through to high-volume 36,000 BPH operations. All wetted surfaces are SUS304/316L stainless steel, fully CIP-cleanable and food-contact compliant.
All capacity ratings are based on 500 ml PET reference bottles at standard gravity-fill speed. Custom head configurations and higher-capacity models are available on request.
| Model | Rinse / Fill / Cap Heads | Capacity (500ml ref.) | Bottle Size | Machine Dimensions (L×W×H mm) |

BUYER FAQ
Common questions from buyers about Taike Machinery's products, ordering process, and after-sales support.
Submit your requirements via the inquiry form on this page or contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Please include your target production capacity (BPH or bottles/hour), container type and size, beverage category, and any special requirements. Our sales team will review your brief and reply with a preliminary machine recommendation and indicative pricing.
Taike machines are CE-marked in compliance with the EU Machinery Directive and manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management. CE certification covers electrical safety, mechanical safety, and applicable pressure equipment regulations — meeting import requirements for Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and many other regulated markets. Documentation packs are provided with each shipment.
Yes. All Taike machines support custom configuration including output capacity, container format (bottle diameter, height, neck finish), filling head count, local voltage/frequency, material grade (SUS304 or SUS316L), and optional features such as nitrogen flushing, weight-type filling, or clean-room enclosures. Customisation scope and costs are confirmed during the quotation stage.
Lead time depends on machine type and configuration. Standard models typically require 45–75 working days from deposit receipt to factory completion, subject to the current production schedule. Custom or large-scale complete-line projects may require a longer manufacturing window. We conduct a pre-shipment run-off test before packing and provide video documentation of the test run for your review.
On-site installation and commissioning by Taike engineers is available as a paid service. Our technicians travel to your facility for machine installation, trial production run, and operator training before formal handover. Remote video commissioning support — where our engineers guide your local team via live video call — is also available as a lower-cost alternative. Terms and costs are defined in the sales contract.
Each machine ships with a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and is accompanied by a spare-parts kit for critical wear components. Technical support is available during China business hours by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail. Our engineering team typically aims to respond to fault queries within 2 business days. A recommended spare-parts list for long-term operation is provided with all shipments, and spare parts can be ordered directly from our factory at any time.
AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
A filling machine is a long-term production asset. Taike's service programme covers the full lifecycle from installation through to long-term spare-parts supply, ensuring your line runs at rated capacity from day one.
Taike engineers travel to your facility to complete mechanical installation, utility connection, trial production run, and formal handover. Available for projects worldwide — costs and schedule confirmed at contract stage.
Where travel is restricted or timelines are tight, our engineers guide your local team through startup via live video call — covering mechanical checks, PLC parameter setup, and first-bottle production, with the same rigour as on-site.
A structured training programme covers HMI operation, filling adjustment, format changeover, CIP cleaning, and fault diagnosis. Complete operation and maintenance manuals are supplied in English and can be localised on request.
Every machine ships with a critical-wear spare-parts kit and a recommended long-term parts list. All spare parts — including filling valves, rinsing nozzles, and capping heads — can be ordered directly from Taike factory at any time after delivery.
